Mango Smoothie

Delicious and nutritional, using tinned or fresh mango slices for a speedy drink the children will love to make


Makes: 2-3 small glasses - increase quantities for more servings 

Ingredients:


1 x 425g tin of mango slices
1 1/2 lemons, juice only
200 ml (7 fluid ounces) pure apple juice
3 x 15 ml spoons (3 tablespoons) clear honey

What to do:

  1. Place all your ingredients into a blender and whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour in to glasses to serve and enjoy!
