This fruity smoothie is packed full of vitamins and minerals, filling you up at the same time! Try giving it to the kids for breakfast or for an immunity boost or even as a lunchtime treat
1 x 420g tin of fruit cocktail
5oo ml of mango juice
1 x 5 ml spoon (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- Pour the orange juice into your blender, add the fruit cocktail and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy immediately or chill for a couple of hours!
