Banana Lassie

gluten-free dairy-free




Ingredients:


2 cups crushed ice
2 cups dairy-free yoghurt alternative
3 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons pure runny honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder (or crush your own cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar)

What to do:
  1. Place all the ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour in to glasses to serve chilled and enjoy!
