I'm Sarah and I want to share with you my family's favourite traditional recipes, made gluten-free and dairy-free. I use simple, affordable, everyday ingredients for delicious meals and baked goods, that simply taste so good!
2 cups crushed ice
2 cups dairy-free yoghurt alternative
3 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons pure runny honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder (or crush your own cardamom pods in a pestle and mortar)
What to do:
Place all the ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
