Raspberry Fizz

A delicious, cooling and refreshing drink packed full of vitamin C - a great way to give your kids' immune systems a boost after the winter months



Ingredients:

450g (1 lb) raspberries, fresh or frozen
100g (3 oz) caster sugar
550 ml (1 pint) sparkling mineral water
a few whole raspberries and slices of lime to decorate

What to do:

  1. In a food processor, blend the raspberries with the sugar until you have got a puree.
  2. Sieve the puree to remove the seeds.
  3. Pour in to a large serving jug and add the sparkling water, mix well.
  4. Serve chilled and decorate with whole raspberries and sliced lime.
