Spiced Pear Punch

A refreshingly tasty Springtime punch.  
Pears are a great source of carbohydrates for boosting energy levels

Serves 5-6



2 large tins of pears
1 litre of pure apple juice
1/2 teaspoon of mixed spice



Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Serve straight away as a nourishing snack or chill for later and enjoy!
