Vanilla Thriller

This fruity smoothie is packed full of vitamins and minerals, filling you up at the same time!  
Try giving it to the kids for breakfast, or for an immunity boost, or even as a lunchtime treat.

Makes 2-3 small glasses




1 x 420g tin of fruit cocktail
5ooml of mango juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Pour the orange juice into your blender, add the fruit cocktail and vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
    Serve and enjoy immediately or chill for a couple of hours!
